* /v/ow: Returns the full opiumware.json file.
* /v/arvex: Returns the Worker's version metadata, including fields for commit_hash, date, and a placeholder for message.
* /v/arvex-dl: Returns the full arvex.json file.
* /v/arvex-dl/:hash: Returns the download URL for the specified commit hash from arvex.json.
